To book a session, log in using your Google account or your registered mobile phone number. Go to the Book Court tab, select your preferred sport (Football, Cricket, Pickleball, etc.), choose the date, select the 30-minute slot intervals, scan the UPI QR code to pay, and paste your UTR Transaction ID to submit.
A UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number is a 12-digit transaction ID generated when you make a UPI payment. You must copy and paste this number into the booking confirmation modal so that our team can verify your payment and approve your booking.
Yes, you can cancel your booking from the "My Bookings" page. However, bookings can only be cancelled before the scheduled start time. Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
Walk-ins are subject to court availability. We highly recommend booking slots online in advance through our portal to ensure you get your preferred time slots without waiting.
We provide essential sports gear such as footballs, pickleball paddles, and cricket balls at the reception counter. You are also welcome to bring your own professional gear.
