Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking our arenas or using our platform.
By accessing this website and booking slots at Breakout Sports Arena (operated by Sportification Social Sports LLP), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our booking platform or services.
All slots must be booked through the online system. Bookings are confirmed only after a valid UPI payment has been successfully completed and the correct 12-digit UTR number has been submitted for manual admin verification. Providing incorrect or fraudulent UTR codes will lead to immediate cancellation of your slot and suspension of your account.
Players must follow all guidelines issued by the court managers. Appropriate sports footwear (non-marking shoes for indoor/pickleball courts, appropriate cleats for football turf) is required at all times. Spitting, littering, rough behavior, and consuming alcohol or illegal substances within the arena premises are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Sportification Social Sports LLP and its employees are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or health complications incurred while playing in our arenas. Players engage in physical activity at their own risk. Furthermore, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Breakout Sports Arena reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or relocate bookings due to severe weather conditions, maintenance requirements, or local administrative orders. In such rare circumstances, we will provide equivalent credits or refunds.
