Refund & Cancellation Policy

Read our rules on booking modifications, slot cancellations, and transaction refunds.

1. Booking Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled online through your customer portal (in the "My Bookings" page) prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made inside this timeframe will automatically be credited to your account or verified for refund eligibility. Once a slot's time interval has started or finished, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refund Processing

Since all bookings are paid via UPI QR Transfer, refunds are processed manually by our finance team:

  • If a cancellation is requested at least 12 hours before the booked session, a full 100% refund is processed.
  • If a cancellation is requested between 4 and 12 hours before the booked session, a 50% refund is processed.
  • If a cancellation is requested less than 4 hours before the session, no refund is provided.

3. Severe Weather & Arena Conditions

In the event of severe rainfall, storm, or unavoidable arena maintenance, Breakout Sports Arena reserves the right to postpone sessions. In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • Rescheduling the session to another open slot of equal value.
  • A full wallet credit or refund back to the originating UPI account.

4. How to Claim a Refund

To request a refund for a cancelled slot, please email us your booking ID, name, registered phone number, and UTR transaction number to sportificationsocialsports@gmail.com, or call our customer hotline at +91 70565 87360. Manual verification may take up to 2-3 business days.
